In addition to this more technical view of the required distribution of work in the project, years of project experiences has lead to our strong conviction, that success in a project relys strongly on the abitity of the participants of the project to work together as "ONE Team", to treat other members of the "ONE Team" with respect and to always help eachother, whenever neccessary, to best meet the objectives of the project for the benefit of our customer.
